Questions
Do guests need to install anything?
No. A guest scans a QR code or types a six-digit numeric code in their phone's browser, types their name, and they're in the gallery. No app store, no account.
What happens to photos after a year?
They're removed by default, one year after the event. Keeping them longer is a super-admin choice we make deliberately, not a hidden default nobody agreed to.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — an event can run on something like photos.yourname.com instead of a shared subdomain, on the Host tier and above.
What does disposable camera mode cost extra?
Nothing. It's a toggle on any event, included at every tier.
Do you keep the original, full-resolution photos?
Yes. Originals — including their EXIF data, like GPS — are kept and are admin-only. Every version a guest actually sees has that metadata stripped.
Is there a refund if the event gets postponed?
Contact us before the event and we'll move your gallery to the new date at no extra cost.
